Natalie Kaniel

Natalie is a Principal, specializing in placing attorneys both in law firms and in-house. Natalie has over ten years of experience practicing law in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Solutus, she served as in-house counsel at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, and began her legal career as a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP in Silicon Valley. Natalie enjoys working with candidates as they are considering career transitions and new roles, acting as a sounding board, and providing helpful information and guidance on the market and on specific opportunities. She also enjoys partnering with company and law firm clients to help identify and place candidates that will be a perfect fit for the organization and the role, and help assure a smooth, efficient and enjoyable recruiting process.

Natalie received her B.A., cum laude, in Communication Studies from UCLA and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was a member of the California Law Review.

Natalie grew up in the Bay Area, and in her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
