Reporting to the General Counsel, this highly visible role is fundamental to the continued success and growth of the company. The role involves working closely with senior management on important transactional matters and providing legal counsel on a variety of consumer-oriented issues.

The legal team is a small group of highly talented and experienced lawyers who work closely with their business counterparts to advance the strategic goals of the company.   The legal team is perceived within the Company as solutions-oriented and as a welcome part of the Company’s business team.  Members of the legal team are expected to handle not only their areas of expertise but also to be willing to help out with other substantive areas. 

The successful candidate will have at least 10+ years of consumer protection and related transactional experience, preferably with in-house experience from an e-commerce retailer.  The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively cross-functionally and be solution-oriented.  Title dependent on level of experience.
