Our client, one of the leading innovators of entertainment products and technologies used by consumer and professionals worldwide, seeks an experienced European patent attorney who has the ability and drive to build and lead a European-based patent group in a variety of responsibilities, such as capturing invention disclosures, performing and managing prosecution and analyzing third-party patents.  Initially, the position will involve prosecuting patent applications before the EPO and managing outside counsel.  It also will involve implementing systems and processes to manage the company’s portfolio of patent applications before the EPO.

Assistant General Counsel, Reimbursement - San Francisco, CA

Our client, Sutter Health seeks an Assistant General Counsel with at least eight years experience in healthcare reimbursement and compliance laws and regulations.  He/She must possess knowledge and experience with Fee for Service issues involving Medicare, Medi-Cal and Medicaid for both facility and physician reimbursement (including inpatient and outpatient) and the False Claims Act.  The AGC will also assist the Senior Vice President & General Counsel, other more senior attorneys, and members of Sutter Health / Affiliate management by providing legal advice and counsel (including conducting or overseeing legal research, identifying new or emerging areas of risk, etc.), on a range of topics within their general practice areas. The AGC role will have subject matter expertise in Reimbursement issues.
