Commercial Counsel (Financial Technology)

Solutus Legal Search has been exclusively retained by our client, an early to mid-stage financial technology company, to assist in their search for an outstanding commercial attorney.  The company is founded by highly successful serial entrepreneurs (previously founded $xxB company), and the leadership team and its advisors are rock stars.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with a top law firm and/or a technology company negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial and technology agreements, preferably related to fintech and financial services products or systems.  The role reports directly to a co-founder.  The headquarters is based in a great location in San Francisco.  Compensation is competitive and includes an innovative and lucrative equity plan.  The is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of a very exciting company.
