Regulatory Counsel (Healthcare)

Our client, a revolutionary and publicly traded telehealth technology company, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to assist in finding an outstanding, solution-driven Regulatory Counsel to join their growing Legal & Public Policy team. This attorney will work closely with teams across the business to help solve interesting problems and shape the company’s legislative and policy efforts. Job responsibilities include:

• Advising cross-functional teams on a broad variety of healthcare regulatory issues and considerations;
• Providing support with respect to federal and state laws and regulations governing telehealth, pharmacy operations, clinical research, and healthcare data privacy and security; and
• Working with the public policy team to inform and shape the company’s legislative objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of extensive experience with healthcare laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of digital health, pharmacies, and/or clinical research.  The successful candidate should also have a strong record of providing solution-focused advice, a team-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Strong academic and work credentials are required.
