So, those with a background in corporate, employment or government investigations will be strong candidates for this position. Law firm associates will be considered as well as those with current in-house experience.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will report to the Senior Associate General Counsel of ESG and Compliance (who is fantastic!) and will support the company’s ethics and compliance program. This role will be based at the client’s U.S. headquarters in San Jose, CA. In office presence is required, but there may be occasional flexibility on Fridays.

Cash compensation (base salary and target bonus) and stock grant are all above market and offer an extremely compelling overall compensation opportunity.

Some limited travel will be required.

Simply put, this is an outstanding opportunity. The role is interesting and offers great work and responsibilities. The person to whom this attorney will report will be a great manager and mentor. The company is large and thriving, so job stability is guaranteed. Finally, the compensation is one of the highest packages we’ve seen for this candidate profile and provides a compelling opportunity to advance in this area
