Elizabeth A. Di Giovanni

Elizabeth is a Managing Director whose practice focuses on in house counsel placement and law firm associate and partner placement. Prior to joining Solutus, Elizabeth worked at Stanford Law School for 17 years, where she first managed the judicial clerkship program and then advised JDs, LLMs and alumni on private sector legal opportunities. She conducted workshops and developed programming on a variety of professional development topics. Elizabeth’s career advisory work also includes tenure at USC Gould School of Law and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She cares deeply about the students and alumni with whom she has worked and is excited to continue her meaningful work with candidates and employers at Solutus.

Elizabeth received her B.A., cum laude, in History from Dartmouth College.  After college and prior to law school, she worked for Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) where she coded and tested modules for several large IT implementation projects.  One assignment in particular, for a large airline company, led to a lifelong interest in aviation.

Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and, after graduation, worked as an associate for Bryan Cave before transitioning into a career advisory practice.

Elizabeth’s parents immigrated to the U.S. from Haiti and she was born in New York and grew up in Miami, Florida.  

Elizabeth has a keen interest in coaching and design thinking.  She also loves architecture, salsa dancing and spending time with her family.
